- Applicants must have passed the NCLEX or be considered a non-NCLEX RN (must have ability to pass the NCLEX).
- Nurses referred must be new, not already a candidate in Bullhorn.
- Candidates cannot "self-refer."
- There are no limits to the number of nurses an ambassador can refer.
